Aurora, IL — In a historic first, the Aurora Sergeants Association (ASA), the union representing the dedicated first-line supervisors of the Aurora Police Department, has officially endorsed Mayor Richard C. Irvin for re-election in the 2025 Mayoral Election.
This marks the first time in the Aurora Sergeants Association’s history that the organization has endorsed a candidate for Mayor, underscoring the trust and respect Mayor Irvin has garnered among the city’s law enforcement leadership.
