Mayor Richard C. Irvin Proclaims June 18th “Valley Honda Day,” Celebrates President’s Award Achievement

Aurora, IL - For the 17th year in a row, Valley Honda dealership in Aurora was awarded the President’s Award, the highest recognition from the American Honda Motor Company for excellence in customer service and sales performance. On June 18th, Mayor Richard C. Irvin joined the employee-owned business for their presentation of the prestigious award.

During the ceremony, Mayor Irvin proclaimed June 18th “Valley Honda Day” in Aurora, commemorating the accomplishment of Aurora’s leading Honda dealership. Each year, Honda grants no more than their top 15 percent of dealerships with the honor, cementing Valley Honda as one of the country’s top dealerships.

Following the ceremony, Mayor Irvin enjoyed the celebrity buffet with employees, demonstrating his commitment to encouraging strong economic development in Aurora.
